Flemingbrook Community Clean Up Day

January 25, 2025 9:00am Meet at FB I entry (Rain day Feb 1)

We will be cleaning the two front entry islands and the walkway along Pine Ave to….

Rake out old mulch, Pull Weeds, Pull vines from plants and trees, Trim trees and remove moss, Trim and clean up Liriope grass and Society Garlic, Move plants (as directed), and Replace mulch.

Please bring any of the following tools: Rakes, Garbage Cans or bags, Loppers, Ladder, Chain Saw, Grass Trimmer, Lawn Mower, Hedge Trimmers, Safety equipment (cones, safety vest, safety glasses, gloves).

Water, Gatorade, and Sandwiches will be provided if you RSVP. Bring a friend.

The Portal has much to offer, including Online Payment options, real-time access to view your account history and current balance, online submission of Architectural review requests, and access to HOA documents and records. If you need assistance logging in, please reach out using the information on the Contact Us page.

Board Meetings: Board meetings are generally held quarterly, with notice of the date and time being posted on the notification board located at the exit of our communities. Meetings have primarily been held online for the past few years. All members are welcome to join these meetings. The online meeting info/link is available by contacting us. Assistance with use of the online meeting platform is available.
